If you have served in HM Armed Forces, including Volunteer and Regular Reserves or in the Merchant Navy during military operations you are entitled to a Veterans Badge.

- To complete an application form and post or fax the completed form to the Ministry of Defence Medal Office.
- Down load an application form, complete it electronically and return it the Ministry of Defence Medal Office by email to SPVA-veteransbadge@mod,uk
